Wonderful place to stay Positive: Wonderful place to stay and amazing view Negative: Just good to feel this atmosphere

Positive: The location is excellent, within a walking distance from 99% of what you could possibly need to see in Poznan. The balcony, albeit slightly tilting, is wonderful to relax at and has an amazing view of the beautiful Baroque church opposite. The key was easy to get to. The bathroom door closes (surprisingly rare for some reason for a lot of b&bs) and there was enough toilet paper provided. Negative: The room has clearly been patched up as quickly and cheaply as possible, carved out of the initial large flat, for the sole purpose of being milked as a b&b. There are some nice featutes for the promotional pictures like the headboard and the dining table but overall don't expect luxury. The most annoying thing as with many b&bs was the extremely uncomfortable bed and pillows. Sleeping comfortably is one of the most basic things when you travel. They should really invest in some better pillows and a mattress.

Wspaniała lokalizacja, piękny widok z balkonu i bardzo wygodne łóżko, choć prysznic z zasłonką i zbyt wąskie zasłony w o Positive: Świetna lokalizacja i piękny widok z urokliwego balkoniku wychodzącego na Plac Bernardyński – idealne miejsce na poranną kawę czy śniadanie przy dobrej pogodzie. Po zamknięciu okien w mieszkaniu jest bardzo cicho. Apartament jest przestronny, z dużym i niezwykle wygodnym łóżkiem. Mimo że kuchnia jest skromna, znajduje się w niej wszystko, co potrzebne. Łazienka jest mała, ale funkcjonalna. Wejście na drugie piętro po schodach bez problemu. Negative: Głównym minusem jest prysznic z materiałową zasłonką, która podczas kąpieli przykleja się do ciała – jest to bardzo niekomfortowe i zdecydowanie wymaga zmiany na szklaną szybę lub kabinę. Zasłony w okna są zbyt wąskie i nie zasłaniają ich w całości, przez co w nocy do środka wpada światło z latarni ulicznych. Z drobniejszych rzeczy: jedna żarówka nad stołem nie świeciła, a poduszki były dość duże i nie dla każdego wygodne (choć to kwestia preferencji).

We had a truly memorable stay in this lovely apartment! Positive: This is a wonderful place to stay in Poznan. The apartment is centrally located and is a short tram ride from the train station and just a 7 minute walk to the old town and it is .very close to the universities. As the pictures show it is decorated with great panache but is also comfortable. It was also clean and the small kitchen is well appointed. The apartment has large windows and good light and it overlooks a lovely local church and also a market.  And it has a tiny balcony with a table and two chairs where we enjoyed our morning coffee. It’s up a couple of easy flights (no elevator). We also enjoyed the Italian restaurant which is steps away on the corner. Really it was perfect for us and we appreciated the truly excellent communication with the management company when there were a couple of issues that required their attention. Negative: In the market below the apartment there is a flower stand and we wished the apartment had had a vase so we could have bought fresh flowers to enjoy in the apartment.
